From Our Family To Yours

The Barrett family has lived and served the Hiawassee area and its surrounding community for generations. Once the owner of the locally famous Georgia Mountain restaurant, family patriarch, Darrell Barrett founded Barrett and Associates with his community in mind. For years he and his family worked to provide a variety of insurance options while still keeping what is important - a neighborly relationship with their clientele. Several years ago Darrell handed the torch onto his son Tim who has kept up the family reputation and then some. Tim along with his cousin Eric and wife Amy have expanded their potential and now are arguably the most specialized in the Hiawasse area in the art of finding a company and a plan that best suits the customer. The mission of the Barrett family is simple,  to always work hard and give appreciation back into the community that has allowed them their success.
